This halloween was fairly low-key, but we did have a Russian-American party in the Internet Café on campus. There were two pumpkins to carve and caramel apples for all. Our costumes were clearly last-minute whims, but at least we tried. I went as an undecided voter, which just meant I layered a red long sleeve and blue short-sleeve shirt, carried a ballot and coin to flip, and purple-duct-taped candidate names to my jeans. Forgive me for my lack of creativity, but I only had a few minutes and very limited supplies.
